Install Starlink & clear chimney of weeds

I'm looking to get a Starlink satellite installed and also looking to get the chimney cleared of weeds / plants growing. The chimney is on the top of a 2 floor house, so looks quite difficult to get up to. Happy to share more detailed photos if required.
