Install suspended item from ceiling

Description
I need a skilled handyman to hang an appliance from the ceiling and ensure it would not fall off. It must be able to hold at least 30+kg. It's pretty much just 4 connectors needed, but because it is suspended, I need you to bring suitable screws, bolt, hook, etc. See image below.
