Need a 1st floor fake vent replaced with actual vent. New vent will need to be installed going from first floor to above roof line on 2nd floor (on right hand side in image, just below extension roofline is fake vent). Parts will need to be purchased.

@Aaron M. Hi Aaron, thanks for the offer. Not sure hole core is required. Possibly description is unclear - vent pipe needs to be installed onto existing waste pipe and extended up to above roof line. If still something you can do let me know. Thanks.
