Issue with boiler pressure and filling water tank

Description

We have a big tank that is used to store water and supply us water but from three days we are unable to fill it I checked the boiler panel it is not on I tried to on it but it shows low pressure. The settings is complex and I don’t have any idea how to deal with it.
