Description
I am experiencing an issue with the water in the house. The kitchen tap is working, but there is no water supply to the toilet and bathroom. It was working fine before, but it stopped suddenly. Please could you look into this as soon as possible?

Also Is there a pump on the floor beside the tank?
Adejoke how do you know the tank didn't refill? Did you look into it?

Hi. Since the kitchen tap is working but the bathroom and toilet aren't, it usually means your kitchen is running on direct mains water, but your bathroom is fed from a storage tank (usually in the attic or hot press). A couple of quick things we can check: 1. The Attic Tank: The ball valve up there might just be stuck in the closed position, meaning the tank emptied out and hasn't refilled. 2. An Air Lock: If the water stopped suddenly, a pocket of air might be trapped in the pipe blocking the flow. 3. Valves: Is there an isolation valve or shut off under the stairs or in the hot press that might have been turned off or failed?
