Knock two existing stud walls, move electrics and plumbing. Rebuild with plastering. Additional stud wall work and plastering. Levelling of floors. Rough price below
Available from Thursday
Everything bar plumbing. I can disconnect the rads but couldnt move them. Yes would give you a list or go to local suppliers
@Ciarán M. And are you available immediately?
@Ciarán M. Sorry just to clarify, does that include the levelling of floors, all the stud work and electrics and plumbing? You’d provide a list of materials to get or just go to a local supplier and order?
Knocking and rebuilding walls. Levelling floors and moving electrics. Extent of plastering won't be known until work starts
Location is no issue. Labour cost only.
@Ciarán M. Hi Ciaran, this is in Longford is that suitable? Does the week of carpentry cover materials and the stud work?
Thanks for the update. Tbh need a few men to do it all, too much for me.
@Paul M. Wall to knock is about 10ft partition wall, second is knock and rebuild of 12ft stud wall to support new kitchen units. Then an 8ft stud and squaring off of another. Good week or two weeks work altogether in the house
@Paul M. All walls are straight, radiator I’m hoping to just disconnect! The plumbing work I have is to run new water supply to same room
Are new walls straight? Any corners? Plumbing - does that include radiators?
What size is the 2 walls to knock? What size is the new wall?
