Leak from bathroom to floor below

There's a leak going from my bathtub/shower and dripping through to the ceiling on the level below. I think the bathroom needs new sealant but I'm not 100%. Thanks

@Patrick L. Hi Patrick. Thanks so much for the offer. The task may be a bit more than just the sealant. I'm just not totally sure where the leak is coming from and how damaged the floor/ceiling is underneath. Ultimately I'm happy to pay €175 if you can identify why it's leaking and fix that. And assess the damage done to the floor and ceiling. Does that sound ok? I'm only free Friday this week. Would that suit you? Cheers
