Lift portion of driveway cobbles

Description
I’m looking to plant hedging along the low portion of the wall. Need about 30 cobbles lifted and a shape similair to the image left. Probably need to cut some of remaining ones to leave curved shape. Ground underneath the cobbles to be dug out for topsoil (probably compact layer of sand/cement mix underneath) .

I have a grinder with a diamond blade, that should do it
