Does the drum turn during the washing?
With this sort of problem it's usually the bearings on the back of the drum and it's not practical to repair. Best solution is to get a new washing machine
How old is the washing machine? What brand is it.
What do you mean by loose drum? Is it the internal drum that holds the clothes or the outer drum?
