Mount window locks+hang shelf+door knocker

Description
We need someone to fit window locks on our old timber victorian windows (see photos). We'd also like to hang a wall shelf (plugs and screws needed), fit a doorknocker onto our door, and hang an assembled ikea entryway shelf (plugs and screws needed). We'd like you to have a device for checking wall studs before drilling that way we dont make any unnecessary holes (we just painted and redecorated!).
