Move a washing machine down the stairs

Moving a washing machine (around 50 kg) from the first floor to the ground floor. It needs to be moved carefully to avoid scratching or damaging the stairs and walls. There are also 7 concrete blocks that need to be moved from the second floor to the ground floor. They are small, but weigh around 20 kg each and can be moved one at a time. Location: 2 minutes by car / 10 minutes walk from Cork Opera House. Parking: Available on site. Time: The sooner the better.
