Move boxes and bins into the attic

Description
Movers will arrive with about 400 cubic ft of our possessions between 8-10 AM on July 31st. We need about 300 cubic ft moved into the attic via a standard Stira access ladder. Mostly medium boxes and bins. My wife and I can help direct which boxes go where, but due to medical issues can't lift much. Most boxes weigh 30-40 lbs. No huge, heavy boxes or heavy/large furniture. A few pieces may be awkward. For safety purposes, this is probably a 2-person job -- one person at the top of the ladder and one below.
