Move furniture from apartment to van (2 man job)

Moving apartment. I am taking day off work to pack majority of stuff into a van. Lift access from apartment to ground floor door. Van which will be parked ~10m away. Just looking for two lads to give me a hand with the heavy lifting. It's nothing major to be honest and I did majority of it myself when we moved in. I will will take items apart in the apartment if other two can bring the stuff down to van. There will likely be a few hours as well the following weekend so if there is agreement there then we can arrange that too.
