New bath panel, re-silicone bath.

Hello. Im looking to have a replacement bath panel installed. There are cracks on current one from splashes and a draught coming from underneath as its ground floor. Also want to have the old silicone removed and re done around the bath and there are a few tiles where the grout has worn away so hoping to get that done also. Based in D18.
