No water from tank and in toilets

Description

Keep getting issue with water from tank, in toilets. Not sure what is the issue this happened 4-5 times resolved on its on after few hours. This is happening since we had issue with sink tap leak in kitchen it was leaking and we changed it but water issue keep coming back. The motor for upstairs water keep making noise.
