@Catalin G. Yes i can confirm please come about 5 pm with the materials you need to finish the job. The trv is on me, let me know how much. I will be there to open the door and I’m now paying the deposits online

@Catalin G. It’s now about 3, can you come 4.30? It takes anout an hour to get the key and back there

Hello Ivy, Thanks for the photo - it's an Angled TRV, 100% the valve is stuck - very common. You will need to buy a new TRV: Drayton TRV4 15mm Angled (you can get it from Screwfix / Woodie's). If the pipe is 10mm it comes with an adaptor, so it will fit. If you can buy it today, I can come to fit it today between 3:30 - 4:00 PM. Job takes about 1 hour.
