@Gary O.
€300 for the front is ok but the back is only 2 soffit boards. The back is a 30 minute job! Can you reconsider €400 all in? 2 coats, no sanding, no priming.
@Tornike M.
I'd guess its about 7 meters at apex (see photo) but ground slopes away from the house. Because the soffit us tongue & groove, it would have to be brushed, not rolled. I'd want 2 coats - no sanding or undercoat required. Need it done asap before the weather turns bad.
@James H. Weather looks ok to middle of next week. I'll press the accept button & pay the 10% now.
Sorry 10% upfront on this one you are right
Not before Wednesday unless the weekend weather forecast improves. It's 15% to the app upfront then the rest to myself on completion.
@James H. Ok. It would have to be done on a dry day, but soon. When could u do it? And I'd pay 10% to the site and 90% cash to you?
My offer stands Tony, I would be using a mini roller and brush to get into the grooves. Thanks
@Sarah D. You said that your offer included the match fee but I think all offers include the match fee.
@Tony B. Im not sure what you mean?
@Sarah D. Isn't that the norm?
@Tony B. My offer included the task match fee you pay to this website,( not paid to me)
@James H. Soffit at front is tongue & groove wood so needs a brush, rather than roller. Is that ok?
@Sarah D. No thanks.

@Jose S. No thanks.
@Gary O. I've added a photo of the back. It's fascia only as the soffit is inaccessable due to roof of the extension.
Tony, give us a picture or the back facia also
@James H. No sanding or undercoat needed. Just 2 coats of self-priming paint, which I'll supply.
@James H. Yes, but new fascia boards were put up last week (Sadolin treated but not painted).
Hi Tony, is it going same colour?
I can check tomorrow at work if i have enough ledder, if i have can do on weekends, looks good weather if that okay for you

Hi, what is a highest point and when do you need to be done?
