Hi, we are looking to sell and need to do photos of the house around 8-9th of July some of the jobs would be better to have done before the photos other could wait as the are more important for viewings and engineers/ surveyors report. Would it be possible for you to do it that way or would you definitely not have capacity till end of July?

@James L. Hi James, in bathroom it is around the edge of the bath that needs to be redone the silicone has lifted so would need to be removed and new silicone put on. In kitchen grouting is missing for a few small sections of the worktop
Hello Emma, in relation to the grouting, is it remove old and replace or new tiling to be finished?
