Plumber: Change shower head + dripping faucet

Description
Recently moved to a new flat, and have a couple of things to fix in the bathroom. 1) Change the shower head - Its got a unfitted fixed shower head (photo attached) and need to replace it with a new shower head with a rail (photo attached). You will need to drill 2 holes into the shower tile wall to fix the rail. 2) The tap water of the washbasin is dripping. It needs to be fixed. (image attached).

Actually you can get a attachment that will screw into where the original head and then conect to you hose and head
@Robin F. Right. The landlord wont agree on the whole tile and plaster change!! Does similar shower head with hose exist? The hose is really what I want the most. Thanks in advance for your time.
You can replace the head with a similar head , or replace the whole wmixer system but that is going to mean taking out tiles and plasterboard to get behind, very costly

@Daniel R. I added a new picture to show the whole system. Its a fix head at the top and down there is the mixer that commands the water.

Hi Sabrina, where you want the new shower hose to be connected? Is there a mixer tap on the bathtub?
