Plumber needed - repair shower button

Need a plumber or shower-repair specialist for a Dublin apartment. The shower appears likely to be a FLOVA GoClick square two-outlet concealed thermostatic shower valve, possibly the Levo LVGO-2-SQ or the similar Moonlight MLGO-2/SQ, with a FLOVA GoBox concealed valve behind the wall. It has two separate push buttons: one for the overhead shower and one for the hand shower. One button works normally. When the faulty button is pressed, no water initially comes out, but the shower may then activate by itself later, sometimes up to an hour afterwards. The likely issue is a sticking or faulty individual GoClick on/off cartridge or push-button mechanism.
