Previously, the overflow pipe came in through the bedroom (picture attached, house is a mid terrace with an upstairs and downstairs). We renovated the bedroom and pulled the overflow up into the attic as we didnt want it visible in the room. Now the pipe is in attic going into a huge bucket but we need a permanent fix with the pipe going outside (ideally from the attic and not coming back down into any room).
@Dermot F. I'm not sure why it was in the bedroom but have seen it in similar old houses. Previously, the pipe exited out the bedroom wall. Now, I would like it to exit put fascia or soffit.
@Thomas K. Thanks for your offer. How do you plan to do it? Several plumbers have different ideas.
