Re attach Pipe to wall - ASAP

Description
Need somebody with a full height ladder to reattach pipe (Top section) to the house in 2 places. Also need the person to provide 2 new & strong attachment clips (Sample below in photos) need own drill, plugs and screws as part of quote. Clips must be BLACK in colour. Top part of the Drain came loose in heavy wind so I removed it myself so as not to damage pipe. Quick Job - asap would be appreciated. Can't do myself as ladder not tall enough!
