Hi Aisling, Yep, grout and silicon is included in the offer. Of course, if you need to hold off that's no problem at all, you can give me a shout any time to arrange a time for the works to be completed when it suits
@Andrew M. Hi Andrew. Thanks for getting back to me. I don’t find your offer unreasonable as it’s a tedious job. Does this include the grout and silcone? I have however had to replace the whole heating system in the last week which was quite expensive. Are you open to me contacting you in the new year?
