Re-hang fallen clothes line(pulley system-celing)

Description

I have a clothes horse that is attached to the ceiling on a pulley system. It's been there for over a year put pulled itself out of the ceiling on one side yesterday so I need it put up again. It looks as though it was only attached to plasterboard originally.
