Remove and dispose of a fridge freezer

Hello - I am looking for someone to remove a Fridge Freezer fromn my apartment. I am currently overseas and I have a tennant in the house and I am getting a new fridge freezer delivered. The size of the unit is 176cm height and 55cm width. The apartment is on the first floor so not too inconvenient to carry down. The fridge freezer is still in working order if someone wanted to keep it or try and sell again.
