Remove fireplace/boarding chimney breast

Description
Looking to have the fireplace/hearth removed and the chimney breast boarded over with the goal of hanging a TV. Floor below hearth also needs to be levelled as I'll be getting laminate put down over the existing tiles. Pipework in image needs to stay as it's part of the central heating system.

My quote is for removal and disposing fireplace/heart to the tip. Plasterboard, skim coat the area, also level the floor where the heart will be removed from. Nice clean and tidy job to high standard.

@Sarah D. I meant to add into the description that I'd also want it levelled. The plan is to eventually put down laminate flooring over the tiles

@Cian M. Hi Cian, after the heart is removed you will need tiles for that area, do you have the tiles or what are you thinking about doing with that area of the floor? Regards Sarah
