Remove garden waste and help build planting border

Description
I need help to clean ( remove remaining weed, stones, debris etc) the backgarden area shown in the picture. To dig it little to level it surface flat so that garden fabric can be put for weed control. Build planting border where that area starts after digging it flat. I have cement blocks and morter. Border would be less than 10 meter.
