@Ciarán M. Thanks Ciarán, happy with price. I will dicuss with the apartment guys and get back to you for Saturday. As Saturday is a holiday and most neighbours will be at home, so wanted to understand the sound level involved in the task. Hopefully no cutting needed so not much.
