Remove tap aerators

Description
Hello, I want to remove the tap aerator from the kitchen and bathroom sinks. I tried myself but they won't come out. The kitchen aerator seems to be plastic, it spins, it came out some, but then it just spins and doesn't come out any more. The bathroom aerator is the regular metallic one, it's very hard and I can't unscrew it. I just need these two aerators removed, so for a professional I guess it would be a quick job. How much would you charge me for this? I am based on Parnell street, near Capel street. Thank you.
