Repair and plastering of internal wall

Description

We recently had a new boiler installed in the attic and the old boiler removed from a kitchen cupboard. There are holes in the wall where the old boiler was installed. We need these holes to be filled, re-covered and plaster finished Additionally, we would like two shelves to be added to the existing cupboard space. Materials will need to be purchased by the trade person. Many thanks.
