Hi Maurice, I can repair your ceiling in Rathmines. I will cut out the damaged section, install new timber supports, fit new plasterboard, tape and skim to a smooth finish and paint it. I can come on Tuesday at 7:00 AM for the board and skim (2-3 hours work), and I will come back on Wednesday at 7:00 AM for sanding and painting once dry. Both visits and all materials included, I will leave everything clean and tidy. Let me know if Tuesday & Wednesday at 7 AM works for you. Thanks, Catalin
