Repair torn vinyl kitchen floor

Description
The vinyl is torn through and slightly lifted around the damaged spot. I am looking for someone experienced with vinyl floor repairs to assess whether this can be repaired neatly with a patch, or whether a small section should be replaced instead. I want a proper repair that looks tidy and sits flat, not just a quick cosmetic glue fix. Please quote for labour, and material if needed.

Do you know the name or the colour match , I would be able to source it or does your vinyl run under any appliance's I could cut some and swap it out ?
