Replace broken side gate & remove some waste

In recent windstorm, our side gate has broken. Both the lock mechanism and the wooden strip along the wall have splintered. Need it replaced with one that has a lock that can be opened from either side. The replacement gate would need to be sourced as part of the job (cost would be added to agreed fee). There are also a few items that need removal (Christmas tree, bed frame, etc) if those can be taken away with the broken gate.
