One tile missing, but would like all of the ridge tiles re groated, moss cleared, spraying of anto moss, cleaning of gutters, replacing of headgehog (if places) fixing of leaks in the gutters

At this speed it will be January, I've other jobs this week and next. The hire company and all the suppliers close next Tuesday etc until Friday 2nd January

@Paul M. Your point is well made and I think the best would be to meet on site so you can make your ownb assessment. I am hopefully getting a drone exmaination of the gutters and roof which could also be helpful but I am unable to provide detailed req
How many "leaks" are there in the gutters? If the gutters are leaking a lot it would be better to replace them!
How can I give a "reasonable price" when you have given very limited information about the actual job.
But Gavan your description is vague, that's why I asked which tile. Also why do you want all the ridge tiles regrouted? Are they all loose? I can't give you a proper quote as you don't even have photos of the house -why did you upload photos of your neighbours house? Also I don't know how many gutters are on the house and the condition they are in.
@Paul M. No the ridge tiles are not missing it in the top tile that fits underneath the ridge tile I have photo? So the grouting is to be redone> I would like to have quoet detailing what will be done so that there is no confusion. Does that seem reasonable? I will need a receipt as I am a landlord
