I can do just the one board repair.
I will try everywhere to find the right shade - I will check specialist flooring shops like Daskelly, Tile & Wood, Brooks and other flooring suppliers, also Woodie's and B&Q as alternatives. I have photos of your floor, I will look for the closest match.
For fitting: because the surrounding boards are swelled from water, I cannot click it in normally. I will cut the damaged board out, trim the tongue/groove of the new board, fit it in place as close as possible to the original, then glue and seal the joint so it's strong and watertight. There might be a small line visible, but it will be solid.

Those boards look to have swelled badly, you wont get one board to click into the old ones. In my opinion you need to replace the floor completely.
Mac your aswell putting new ones down id say a box or 2 tops will do
