Replace leaking Joule Gen5 flange; reconnect unit

I have a Joule Cyclone CY180L Indirect HGC AISI 444 cylinder, type 80.180.IN.51.V01C, manufactured in 03/2019. There is a leak from the top flange/connection shown in the attached photograph. Please quote for replacing the flange and rubber gasket, removing the scale build-up and checking the system. The complete indoor unit has already been disconnected and drained. It needs to be moved safely from the garden back into the utility room using suitable lifting and transport equipment. After the flange repair, indoor unit must be safly transported from the garden to the utility room, reconnected, refilled and pressure-tested, basically insuring the system is back to work. Please include all parts, labour and lifting equipment in the quotation.
