sanding and varnish floors

@Marcus M. Yes I have a sander and tools needed for work and two to three coats of varnish after sanding to get the best result. Yeah accept my offer and I can do it when suits you.

The floors are in good condition, needs sanding, small little drops of paint on edges which sanding will get rid of. How much is your labour cost to do this. thank you. can you reply asap if possible.

@Zak N. Hi Zak thanks for your reply. I have now decided to do one room, it is a smallish room 144ins x 104 ins, the floor looks in good condition, carpet has been on it for long time. it will require sanding, there are small amount of paint drips on edge. how much is your labour to do this
