@Joseph B. Ok then. Let me see.. Also one thing I wanted to confirm you. Sealing has been already done everywhere in the house. But there are few places that needs to be sealed. Actually, there are silver fish walking around the house (kitchen areas and bathrooms). I would like to stop it by sealing all the gaps.. Hope you understand my requirement. If I accept the offer, would you be happy to do the job.. ? I will proceed accordingly..

@Joseph B. Hi Joseph, the skirting boards are well sealed between the wall and skirting board. But there are some gaps here and there between the floor and skirting board. Also, I don't think we can seal the skirting board in the rooms where we have carpets. Do you think is that necessary to seal it in the carpet rooms ? I have some pictures with me. How can I share that with you ? Will I get you contact number ? I wanted to do this job as soon as you can. Pls let me know.

My price is fair and already takes everything into account. I have to travel to you, purchase the materials, cover the travel costs, and spend my time completing the job. Even if the actual work takes around two hours, there is still a significant amount of time involved before and after the job. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to take the job for less than this amount, as it wouldn’t be worthwhile for me.

So just to clarify is it gaps were two corner boards meet or gaps between skirting boards and the wall ?

@Ronan F. Hi, It's a 4 bed house along with the kitchen, hallway and a living room. All the bathrooms were already sealed well. Need to check whether sealing is required or not for the bedrooms as they are fitted with carpets. Sealing is mainly required for Kitchen, hallway and living room. After these areas, we just need to see around the house and do the sealing wherever is required. Can you do this with the price you offered ? Let me know what do you think..
