Description

1. Reattach a 1 st' floor exterior air vent ( use No More Nails to secure) Vent is below gutter, and over perspex conservatory roof. I can supply a ladder. ( photos available) 2. Fit 4 safety security restrictors to bedroom windows 3. Clean gutters (would need your own ladder to reach gutters)

@Thomas K. @Damir S. Do you agree to do all 3 tasks ? As can be seen from the photos, it could be difficult to access the 1 st. floor vent, because of the perspex conservatory roof.I can not supply a ladder to reach the gutters

@Damir S. I cannot supply a ladder to access the main house roof gutters, only the conservatory roof
