Set up an oscillating fan

Hi, could someone please help me finish setting up this oscillating fan? About 90% of it has already been assembled — it’s just the fan grilles that need to be screwed in at this point. It is a RAM (Rapid Air Movement) Pedestal Oscillating Fan.
