Small apartment deep clean

Hi there, We would like to get our small kitchen and bathroom professionally cleaned in our 1 bed apartment. Both are relatively small spaces so they are likely to require aprox 90 mins of your time. The job requires mostly wiping down surfaces, cleaning kitchen sink area and oven (we have had oven professionally cleaned relatively recently so we don't require an intensive clean this time, but a quick refresh would be great).
