Small wc renovation and wall moulding

'm looking for an experienced plumber/bathroom fitter/decorator to carry out a small downstairs WC renovation. I want to rearrange the plumbing layout to improve the use of the space, followed by wall moulding/panelling and painting. 1. Relocate the existing toilet, radiator, handheld shower. Add new vanity and sink that i will buy myself. 2 I would also like decorative wall moulding/panelling on the lower half of the WC walls. The intention is: Lower half: decorative moulding/panelling painted in a taupe/beige colour Upper half: a warm cream/off-white 3. I have a wall outside that i want to add mouldings too and then get them painted in the wall color
