Smooth & Paint Masonry Retaining Wall (11m2)

Looking for a smooth finish on a 10m x 1.1m retaining wall. The current surface is rough cement render. - Prep: Scrub/clean and fill minor cracks. - Smoothing: Apply a full skim coat of Polycell SmoothOver (provided) for a flat finish. - Finish: 1 coat of stabilising primer and 2 coats of white masonry paint (provided). Requirements: - Must have experience with skim-coating or smoothing rough render. - I am supplying all materials. Quote is for labour and specialized tools (skimming blades/trowels/etc.) only. - Must be done during a dry weather window.
