Sort out wiring of heating timer

Description

Got a new timer installed for my heating to come on (gas boiler). There are 3 channels on it: floor 1, floor 2 and water. The guy that installed it said the only way it will work is that all 3 will come on at the same time and wouldnt explain why or com3 back to fix it - it had worked as separate areas on the old timer. Floor 1 is underfloor heating so needs to be on full time or the place wont heat up. Not heating up at all now. Floor 2- upstairs, works fine. Heaters come on. Water - only heats when floor 2 heats up. Basically have no hot water if the weather is good and heating doesnt come on. Does anyone know how to fix this please? Get the 2 floors and water heating working independently of each other. (Each floor has its own thermostat). Thank you.

@George C. Thank you. I unfortunately cant afford that price. I can do €150 if i can merge two tasks together - unscrewing sensor light at front door and extending the timer for how long it stays on. Only on for 5secs right now. Completely understand if not possible. On a very tight budget.

@George C. I think so. Just updated the pics there with some pics of hot press and heating downstairs. Looks like 2 blue valves in hotpress for floor 2 and water. Think that white box might be one for downstairs underfloor heating

Do you have 3 motorized valves ?
