Take up and fit some flooring (about ten planks)

Description

Need to take up 5-10 planks in a storage room and fit them in a gap in the living room floor (as I took out a chimney breast. Then also fit 5-10 planks (from a new box) in the storage room after. Need someone experience as there are some minor cuts to be done as well as fitting final skirting board (one long plank)

@Zak N. There’s more boards in storage behind mdf wall under a shelving unit (fitted under stairs unit) so there will be enough. Also can’t match the planks so I have very similar ones going into storage room.

Hi Donal, You are wasting your time taken up the floor in the storage room. I don't think there would be enough floor there to fill in the gap. You will need to buy at least one box of matching floor boards.
