Tony ,look ,if you want to do all the job to be done starting to remove everything,and installing back ,because you need 2 days ,2nd day you have to fill the gaps between tails,and to install everything back , If you happy give me a shout if not its is what its!Thanks My offert it’s 500€ !
@Mihai P. Plywood is 5.5mm, tiles are 6mm x 450mm
Tony ,it’s are some extra jobs for removing,and fixing back after that ,you have to remove skirting,after toilet should be removed,after you have to cut the hole where it’s connected toilet because ,you will put plywood 25mm+10mm tiles and your toilet will be over and you have to cut little bit bigger hole,same for removing the floor…let me think for a good price for you !

Tony ,before,you have to remove the water proof floor,after skirting ,toilet…?
@Mihai P. Sorry, Price is too high, need a bath panel replaced with soffit too so it's not a 1 hour job
