@Dermot F. Hi Dermot, as a matter of interest are you able to disconnect sink and toilet and re-connect and if so what would you charge for that?

@Dermot F. Hi Dermot, many thanks for your reply. I’ve added them for you now. I am happy to take up the tiles and the sink and toilet will be removed before that also. Ciara :)
