Description
The downpipe is blocked and needs clearing. In normal average rain conditions the water from the chute gets down the pipe but when there is heavy rain there is an overflow due to the blockage at where the downpipe is angled at the end of the chute. This is located at the back of a two storey end of terrace house. Side entrance access.
