We are planning to have the bidding the same color of the wall, so that should easier, I can do the paining if that bring the cost down. I am based in sandyford, where are you based? Thanks

@Colm K. Hi Colm, I have added more photos and the layout where the bidding will be added, so you can see the layout and aprox measurements. 3 floor hours, so there are 2 set if stairs. It might be better ifyo buy the material and I pay for it as a trader you might bet better pricing. Thanks
