Widen the entrance of a shed

Hello, I'd like to widen the entrance of my back yard shed to be able to replace the current door with a garage-style door. The current door is 90cm width and I'd like to increase to 120cm. I've already have quoted for installing new garage door. The work would be breaking the wall o make the door larger and ready to receive a roll-up or sectional door . Please, inform what extra costs we'll have and what it's included on your service. For example: materials, disposal of trash.

Could you please confirm whether the opening needs to be widened only up to the height of the existing door, or whether it also needs to be made higher above the door opening to accommodate the new garage-style door?
